Rineke expose ses miniatures
Additionally an article “Rineke expose ses miniatures” in the French newspaper La Tribune of 21 June 2017, following my exhibition in Maison des Plantes in the Tourist Office in Buis-les-Baronnies, which runs until July 12th. Due to the elections, the interview shrunk with half, but it is placed. To my great pleasure. I received it from the journalist just yesterday, because he did not know exactly what day it would be posted.

Rineke exhibits her miniatures
La Maison des Plantes is currently welcoming a very beautiful exhibition of miniature-sized paintings with the theme of insects, fruits and vegetables, until July 12th. Most of the miniatures in the hall of the Bureau of Tourism of Buis-les-Baronnies were made especially for this exhibition. They are delicate realistic paintings on pressed wood panels. The size is 7×7 cm and elegantly framed in a blacklist that allows the precision and realism of the work to come true.
Dutch artist Rineke de Jong now enjoys her retirement in Propiac since 2010, where she stays 6 months a year after ending her professional career. As a professional painter, Rineke has exhibited a lot of her work over the last 20 years, not only in the Netherlands but also throughout Europe.
